Description

The National Park Service has a requirement for lead based paint removal on the exterior of 3 historical buildings. Approximate size area of paint to be removed on all 3 buildings combined is 5,309 square feet. This project includes furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials as needed to complete removal of lead-based paint according to the specifications. Contractor shall follow all Federal, State of Oklahoma, and local ordinances, regulations, and rules pertaining to lead, including storage, transportation, and disposal. Work shall be completed in a manner that will protect the historic fabric of the structure. SIC Code 1799. Estimated price range is $25,000 to $100,000. This solicitation is 100% small business setaside. Sulphur, Oklahoma, is a community of 5,000 and is located approximately 85 miles south of Oklahoma City. Solicitation packages will be available on or about July 24 with a bid opening 30 days later. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
