Description

100% Small Business Set-aside restricted to firms located in the state of New Mexico. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision in accordance with the drawings and statement of work to modify the basement located in building 20364 at Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), 1680 Texas Street, Kirtland AFB, NM 87117-5669. The work includes, but is not limited to demolition, installation and removal/disposal of construction material. Additional requirement: Site visit is scheduled 5 working days after release of the solicitation. This agency intends to issue a Request for Quotation DTRA02-01-Q-0013 on or about 23 July 2001. Responses will be due approximately 10 working days thereafter. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 233320 with a size standard of $27.5. ONLY written requests for this solicitation will be honored.
