Description

The Waterfall Beach Observation Deck and Stairs project includes furnishing all materials and constructing a boardwalk, observation deck, and a set of stairs on the west shore of Grand Island. Work will include clearing and grubbing, concrete and rock anchors for posts on a bluff edge, carpentry, and site restoration. The project is located on Grand Island in Alger County, Michigan, on the Hiawatha National Forest (T47N, R19W, Section 9). The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. This project is 100 percent set-aside for emerging small businesses.
