Description

This project is a Request for Proposal to rehabilitate portions of the Whitestar Campground, Pike/San Isabel National Forest, Lake County, Colorado. The proposed project includes reconstructing campground roads and spurs; chipsealing campground roads; installing waterlines and sewer lines; installing tables, grills, shelters and signs. The proposed contract is located at the Whitestar Campground. From Leadville, Colorado, travel 11 miles south on Highway 24 then travel 5 miles west on Highway 82. Whitestar Campground is located on the south side of Highway 82. The performance period for the proposed contract is 365 calendar days. The magnitude of the proposed contract is between $250,000 and $500,000. This will be a firm, fixed-price contract. The proposed contract is available under full and open competition.
