Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The procurement is for specialized suicide intervention instructor certification training to be held at Scott AFB, IL and the provision of additional instructional materials for workshops to be held at; McGuire AFB, NJ, Fairchild AFB, WA, Scott AFB, IL, Charleston AFB, SC, Travis AFB, CA, McChord AFB, WA, Andrews AFB, MD, McConnell AFB, KS, Dover AFB, DE, MacDill AFB, FL, Grand Forks AFB, ND, and Pope AFB, NC. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement.
