Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs Medical Center located in Tuscaloosa, Alabama requires Integrated Pest Control Management Service for the period 10/01/2001 through 9/30/2002 with four (4) one year renewal options. Service includes inspection, selection and utilization of chemical and non-chemical control methods to eliminate/repel pests, and evaluation of control methods. All work is to be performed in accordance with the guidelines established by Federal, State and local ordinances and with the Contractor's Procedures Manual and Quality and Control Manuals. All pesticide applications must be in accordance with FIFRA 92-516 (Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act). Inspection and performance frequencies will be in accordance with Exhibit 2 of the IFB. The NAICS for this project is 561710. A pre-bid conference will be scheduled for this project, the time and date will be indicated within the solicitation.
