- Description
- The Government intends to establish contractual services for repair of Circuit Card Assy. This requirement is in support of the AN/FSC-109 Cheyenne Mountain Complex Program (CMC). For the following end item(s), the contractor shall furnish all facilities, parts, materials, data, equipment and services, required to dissemble, inspect, repair as necessary, upgrade, reassemble, align and functionally test each item(s), returning the item(s) to a serviceable condition. A Work Description Document (WDD) is available at the point of contact. Noun, Circuit Card Assy; NSN, 5998-01-375-1604IH, P/N, T3001-AA, Qty, 3. Compaq, Andover, MA, is determined to be the only source to be able to meet the governments requirements. Delivery is 60 days ARO or ARR whichever is later. The approximate issue/response date will be 26 JUL 2001. The anticipated award date will be 17 AUG 2001. Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. See our Web page. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor, concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
