Description

DESC: Furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to harvest 108.910 mbf of pinesaw timber, 617.104 cords of pine pulpwood and 178.053 cords of hardwood pulpwood using thinning and standard clear-cut practices. Tree length with delimbing gates allowed on marked trees only. The area to be harvested is located on McEntire ANG Station, Eastover, SC. The station lies approximately 15 miles east of Columbia, SC; it is bound on the North by US HWY 76/378 and on the South by SC 769. The solicitation issue date is approx. 20 July 2001. One site visit will be allowed on 30 July 2001 @ 10:00 a.m.. Only written or faxed requests will be issued a copy of the solicitation. Fax: 803-647-8487.
