Description

NIMA has a requirement for four Rosenthal brand STXL-5 Smartrim XL Automatic Finishing Systems to work in conjunction with existing large-format electrostatic printers, brand name 3M. Delivery includes installation in three different CONUS locations and one OCONUS location. The proposed contract is for equipment for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302, Rosenthal Manufacturing Company of Northbrook, IL. Interested persons may identify their capability to meet the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received will be considered by the Government. Information received will normally be consiered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This equipment will be purchased in accordance with FAR Part 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items.
