Services of contractor to provide all expertise, labor and materials to complete Project No. 596-00-101, "Replace Emergency Generator", at VA Medical Center, Cooper Drive Division, Lexington, KY, in accordance with plans and specifications. Work involves general construction, alterations, electrical and mechanical work, necessary removal of existing equipment, structures, and construction, and certain other items. Estimated cost range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. With reference to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, this solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis and is subject to availability of funds. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) No. 235310 with a size standard of $11.5 million applies to this solicitation.
