Description

Boiler/Chiller Replacement, Kinneary U.S. Courthouse, 85 Marconi Blvd., Columbus, Ohio. The J.P. Kinneary Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse is presently served by two (2) Cleaver-Brooks 250 HP low pressure boilers, two (2) 270 ton absorption chillers, one (1) BAC cooling tower, one (1) steam to hot water converter for heating, domestic hot water converter, condensate return /vacuum pump and supporting equipment. This equipment is to be replaced with two(2)300 ton water cooled chillers, two(2) Ohio Special Boilers 200 HP, Chilled and Condenser water pumps, Vacuum return pumps, water treatment system, domestic water heater, cooling tower, heat exchanger and associated equipment. Offers will be accepted from both large and small business concerns. The NIACS code is 235110, and the small business size standard is $11.5 million. The estimated cost is between $500,000 to $1,000,000. GSA is issuing this solicitation only electronically. Interested parties may access the solicitation at www.eps.gov.
