Description

Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required to install windows and shutters at U. S. Coast Guard Group Eastern Shore, Chincoteague, VA. Major work items include: Install roll-down type shutters; Install stainless steel stud bolts into masonry units to install existing plywood panels over window and door units; Replace triangular gable louvers with new rain/insect proof louver system; Replace dormer window units with rain/insect proof louver system; Replace approximately sixteen window units; Replace one pair of service entrance doors and frames; and, Maintain a climate control environment at all times in communication center at station building. Unit work item for installation of twenty-one roll down type shutter units over first floor window units instead of plywood paneling. This procurement is estimated between $100K and $250K. This procurement is open to large and small businesses in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. The applicable SIC Code is 1751/NAICS 235510.
