Description

Provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision required for Rehab Water Treatment System at USCG Station Annapolis, MD. Work includes but is not limited to: (1) Demolition of existing water treatment equipment, interior concrete wall, and misc. electrical and mechanical equipment; (2) Construction of a new 300? deep well, submersible pump, pitless adaptor, exterior water supply piping, and appurtenant electrical service and controls. Existing well to be converted to back-up status; and (3) Installation of new iron removal water treatment system with pH adjustment, disinfection system, appurtenant chemical feeds, electrical service and controls. Water treatment system shall include a one year service contract. The NAICS is 234990 (SIC Code 1629) size standard $27.5M. This procurement is open to both large and small businesses in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Act. However, FAR Clause 52.219-23 Notice of Price Adjustment for Small Disadvantaged Business Concerns and 52.219-4 Notice of Price Evaluation for HUBZone Small Business Concerns may be applicable (This clause allows a price adjustment factor for small disadvantaged business concerns.
