Description

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has a requirement for hotel facilites rental to support the Pate nt and Trademark Depository Library (PTDL) Training program for 2002, 2003 and 2004. The USPTO envisions awarding a fixed-p rice purchase order for one base year and two option years to meet this requirement. The dates of the training seminars are 3/17/02 through 3/22/02, 3/16/03 through 3/21/03 and 3/14/04 through 3/19/04. The USPTO requires a block of sleeping rooms for attendees and the association president (to be paid for by individual attendees), and a large meeting room that can acc omodate approximately 125 people in a plenary session. Due to the nature of this requirement, a Crystal City location is ma ndatory. Offerors must therefore be within easy walking distance of 2121 Crystal Drive, Arlington, VA 22202.
