Description

Services and materials necessary to provide the following services: assembling survey packets, addressing survey envelopes, letters and postcards, sorting mailings by zip+4, and delivering survey packets, letters, and postcards to the Millington, TN Post Office. Anticipated award is to be a requirements contract. Contractor must be located within a 30 mile radius of the Naval Support Activity Midsouth, Millington, TN. All specifications to be provided with solicitation package. Requests for soliciation package should be either faxed to (901)874-5285, or e-mailed to pharold@navsuppact-midsouth.navy.mil. Please provide company full name and address, poc, e-mail address (if available) and phone number on request. Faxed copies of completed solication package will not be accepted. Numbered Note 1 applies to the acquisition.
