Description

. The U.S. Department of Education (ED) Student Financial Assistance (SFA) intends to enter into a sole source contract for advertising with Imagitas, 48 Woerd Avenue, Waltham, MA 02453-3826. The contract will be for one (1) base year and two (2) one year option periods. The advertisements will assist the SFA in information dissemination and student aid awareness. The advertising space will emphasize the availability of information particularly through SFA's electronic services. Imagitas in conjunction with SFA developed a Student Financial Aid Planner (SFAP) to provide families with information on financial aid for post secondary education. Imagitas has copyrighted the Planner. Imagitas already has a mailing list compiled to reach the target audience. Under the proposed contract, the advertisment/SFAP will be mailed to households with incoming seniors, juniors, and sophomores nationwide.
