Description

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Center for Mental Health Services (CMHS) through the ADP Acquisitions Branch, Program Support Center (PSC), intends to award a twelve (12) month simplified acquisition. Overall, the general objective of the simplified acquisition is to increase the cultural competence of the CMHS Resilience project. Specifically, expand the CMHS knowledge base regarding resilience in subgroups of the Hispanic American population. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be available approximately ten (10) days after issuance of this notice.
