Description

This is the third amendment which revises the Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) N00140-00-BAA3339 that appeared in the August 21, 2000 issue of the Commerce Business Daily. Under the paragraph entitled "EVALUATION CRITERIA AND THE BASIS FOR AWARD", delete "However, this BAA will remain open for submission of additional proposals for one year." and add "However, this BAA will remain open for submission of additional proposals for five years."
