Description

The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract to The Army Times, 6883 Commercial Drive, Springfield, VA 22159-0001 for the following publication: News Paper, The Air Force Times for a period of 6 Aug 01 through 03 Jun 02. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified publications, they must respond to this notice before 1500hrs(central time) on 10 July 01. If no responses are received by the above date, a sole source contract with The Army Times will be pursued.
