Description

MODIFICATION TO CURRENT CONTRACT: The USCG ELC intends to add line items for replacement beacon buoy lenses to support the Tideland Signal beacon buoys currently purchased under Contract Number DTCG40-98-D-70042 and utilized throughout the Coast Guard. USCG ELC currently has subject contract with Tideland Signal Corporation at 4310 Directors Row, P.O. Box 52430,Houston, TX 77052. As such, it is the Government's intent to negotiate directly with Tideland Signal Corporation for these proprietary replacement lenses. The following lenses will be incorporated into the subject contract after negotiation: Clear ML-155 Maxlumina Lens, NSN 6210-01-035-0417, P/N 302.1012-05; Red ML-155 Maxlumina Lens, NSN 6210-01-095-5826, P/N 302.1012-06; Yellow ML-155 Maxlumina Lens, NSN 6210-01-156-7860, P/N 302.1012-07; Green ML-155 Maxlumina Lens, NSN 6210-01-035-0418, P/N 302.1012-08. Alternate part numbers will not be accepted. This is a commercial item buy.
