Description

Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment to remove one computer room air conditioning unit and replace with two 3 ton Liebert or equal units. Work includes some removal and replacement of walls, install VT tile, and electrical and data lines. Project location is the 8th floor of the Thomas S. Foley United States Courthouse, 920 West Riverside Avenue, Spokane, Washington 99201. NAICS Code 235110. All responsible sources may submit a quote which if timely received shall be considered by the Government. This project is set aside for emerging small business under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Price range $25,000 -- $100,000.
