Description

Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to complete the following phased work: Phase 1 Renovation of Ambulance Exit; Phase 2 Site Work Renovation for VA Medical Center Provided Trailer; Phase 3 Interior Renovation of 3,000 SF of Vacated Area, in accordance with all drawings and specifications. Work is located at the Downtown Division, 800 Bailie Drive, VA Medical Center, Augusta, Georgia,. The work shall include architectural, general construction, alterations, plumbing, mechanical and electrical work. Applicable NAICS code is 233320. Cost range is between $250,000 to $500,000. Bidding materials consisting of drawings, specifications and contract forms may be obtained by prime contractors interested in submitting bids. Solicitation will be issued on a first-come-first-serve basis. Only twenty-five (25) sets of specifications and drawings will be available. All requests for solicitation must be in writing. Fax requests will be accepted at 706-731-7172. Solicitation will be available on or about July 27, 2001.
