Description

The Air National Guard Base, Ellington, Field, Houston, Texas is seeking a construction company to provide all the necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, etc., to construct two majoy single story facilities (a Base Supply COmplex and a Base Civil Engineer Complex) totaling approximately 63,000 SF. The project will consist of work in all CSI divisions. The project will be awarded and administered as a partnering project and contractor and may subcontractors will be required to attend a one day session with no additional expense to the Government. The project will be awarded as a firm fixed base bid contract with additives. The construction period is 365 calendar days froom the date of Notice to Proceed. Magnitude of construction is between $5,000,000. amd $10,000,000.
