The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, material, equipment, appliances, and supplies required to replace existing traffic control devices (signals, poles, heads, etc) at various locations Post Wide using multiple bid schedules within a single solicitation. Estimated cost range of this project is $100,000.00 to $500,000.00. Network Analysis will be required. THIS SOLICITATION IS RESTRICTED TO SMALL BUSINESS CONCERN $11,500,000.00 AS DEFINED BY THE SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION. SIC CODE 1731. ONLY PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE AVAILABLE.
