Description

The Naval Sea Systems Command has a requirement for equipment removal, equipment re-installation and related engineering services on the SSN 23 submarine in support of fleet emergent needs. The services are required in order to remove installed equipment from the SSN 23 to satisfy emerging needs of the SSNs 21 and 22 and to subsequently re-install replacement equipment aboard the SSN 23. The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to add an ordering Line Item to Contract N00024-96-C-2108 with Electric Boat Corporation (75 Eastern Point Road, Groton, CT 06340-4989) and to issue orders on multiple occasions from approximately 1 August 2001 through June 2004.
