Description

This is Modification 17 to the synopsis for the Center Operations Support Services (COSS) contract, which is the follow-on contract to the current Base Operations Support Services contract, Solicitation No. 9-BJ32-T63-0-24P. The last modification was released June 18, 2001. The COSS Draft Request for Proposal (DRFP) that was released June 19, 2001, contained an ambiguity. To correct this, the clause at G.13 entitled SUBCONTRACTING GOALS is clarified to state that the total subcontracting goal, as a percent of total contract value, is 36 percent. All other aspects of the DRFP as released on June 19, 2001, remain unchanged.
