Description

This is a presolicitation for commercial services. In accordance with FAR 19.10 and 19.1005 this procurement is unrestricted competition with an annual income of 11.5 million. The solicitation document will be available on the following website: www.eps.gov approximately 10 July. The requested solicitation document will incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 97-23. NAICS 235950. Non Personal Service to provide the following: Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, parts, equipment, and supervision necessary for the replacement of elevator ropes and governors on elevators 7, 8, 9 and 10 to include computer setting up and reprogramming at Building 4550, Wilford Hall Medical Center, Lackland AFB, TX, in accordance with the statement of work. A site visit will be included in the solicitation. Contractor must quote FOB: Destination for Lackland AFB, TX. All interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 and 252.232-7009. CCR can be obtained by accessing www.ccr2000.com or by calling 1-888-227-2423. The CCR must be obtained before award can be made. The estimated offer date is 24 July 01, by 4:00pm.
