Description

Provide all labor and materials required for maintenance, repair, and follow-on services for one NEC NEAX 2400 IMG Telephone System and one VMX/OCTEL Voice Mail System located at :the VA Outpatient Clinic, 3033 Winkler Extension, Fort Myers, FL 33919 and two NEC NEAX 2000IVS Telephone Systems located at 2885 Tamiami Trail, Suite 300, Port Charlotte, FL 33952, and VA Primary Care Clinic, 2685 Horseshoe Drive S., Suite 101, Naples, FL 34104, for the period from date of award through September 30, 2001 with the government having the options to extend the contract annually for four (4) additional years. Contractor must be an associate of NEC America. This request for quote is issued subject to FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.5 test program as a commercial item service and will be issued on July 12, 2001 with the opening date of August 3, 2001. NAICS is 513390. This is a readvertisement and those interested must request this solicitation. Solicitation packages will not be automatically sent to those holding solicitation package 516-081-01.
