- 1. The Naval Inventory Control Point (NAVICP)intends to award a sole source contract to WELCOM SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGY, 15995 N. BARKERS LANDING 275, HOUSTON, TEXAS 77079 for renewal of existing license agreements and support maintenance under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded fort he period from July 14, 2001 to July 13, 2002.
