Description

Barksdale AFB, LA requires service to provide perpetual maintenance on leased drug cells and counters. The contractor shall provide replacement cells using the most expedient means possible to two locations on Barksdale AFB. The government will deliver defective cells to the contractor's address FOB origin by the most economical means. The standard Industry Code (SIC) is 7352 and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 53249. This solicitation is a 100% Set-Aside for Very Small Business Concerns, headquartered in the New Orleans LA Small Business Administration District. (Definition: In accordance with FAR Part 19.904, offer may not have more than 15 employees and may not have an average annual receipt that exceeds $1 million. Offerors must identify themselves as being a Very Small Business. If there is no offer received from a Very Small Business Concern, this acquisition is then 100% Set-Aside for a Small Business Concern. If there is no offer received from a Small Business Concern, this acquisition for Small Business Set-Aside may be dissolved and the acquisition opened to all responsive bidders. NOTE: THIS ACQUISTION WILL NOT BE REPOSTED IF SET-ASIDE IS DISSOLVED FOR (1) 100% SMALL BUSINESS CONSIDERATION OR (2) FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. Date for receipt of quotes is 10 Aug 2001.
