UNICOR, FPI intends to enter into an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Type Contract for a performance period of One (1) Base Year with One (1) Option Years, if exercised. Item is Cloth, Laminate Nylon, Woodland Camouflage. Delivery is FOB Destination to One (1) location: FCI Manchester, KY. Delivery acceptance is 60 Days After Receipt of Order. Line Items 0001 thru 0009 is Base Year. Line items 0010 thru 0018 is Option Year One. This is an All or None Acquisition for Cloth, Laminated, Nylon, Woodland Camouflage and Sealing Tape, Domestic Only. First Article Testing. IDIQ contract. Base Year plus One Option Year First delivery order is 60 days after award of contract, remaining delivery order are 30 days each. This will be a best value solicitation, Past Performance, Technical/Specification and Statement of Work, Price. Samples/Test Reports and Dun & Brad Street Reports will be obtained. All material must be manufactured in the United States of America. All responsible sources may submit a offer which will be considered by the Agency.
