Description

HQ SSG intends to issue approximately seven Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) to GSA FSS holders who can provide the Government with IT service support in ALL service categories; Network, Software, Security, System, Engineering, Data, Training, Management, and Other IT Related Services. HQ SSG will attempt to issue BPAs to a mixture of totally qualified firms or teams; 3 BPAs to Large Businesses, 3 BPAs to Small Businesses, and 1 BPA to a Small Disadvantaged Business. The decision authority will determine which response(s), if any, in each business size category, provides the best overall value to the Government. Innovative and adaptive teaming arrangements are encouraged. The Government reserves the right to issue one, more, or no BPA(s) at all, depending on the quality of responses and the best value analysis. HQ SSG anticipates the BPA(s) will be in effect for a period of five years from opening of ordering, provided the respective GSA FSS contracts remain in effect. The Government estimates, but does not guarantee, that the total volume of purchases through this BPA(s) may have an aggregate value of $650M. There is no guaranteed minimum; the Government will be obligated only to the extent of the task orders executed. HQ SSG intends to release the ITS BPA Invitee Package to industry on Monday, 9 Jul 01.
