Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for noncommercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N00164-01-Q-0246 applies and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-26 as well as DCN 20001213. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334513 and the business size standard is 500 employees. This requirement is as follows: CLIN 0001 -- 10 each, CRT Deflection Coil Yoke, for phase array, manufacture IAW Raytheon Drawing No. 11321261 which are available at web address listed below. Delivery is required F.O.B. Destination within 18 weeks after award. Final acceptance will be at destination NSWC Crane within 45 days after receipt. Selection for award will be based on past performance and price. Quotes that are non-compliant with any material requirement of this solicitation may be rejected without further consideration for award. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered by the Agency. A Firm-Fixed Price purchase order will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
