Description

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for communication intercept and collection equipment. This equipment includes, but is not limited to, dialed number recorder (DNR), over-the-air cellular intercept equipment, pager intercept equipment, e-mail and personal digital assistant (PDA) intercept equipment, facimile (fax) intercept equipment, modem (data) intercept equipment and digital recording devices. The winning offeror(s) will have proven technical capability, demonstration of the equipment and excellent past performance. This contract will have a "technology refreshment clause" for the Government to take advantage of the on going technological advances in this field. The Government aanticipates making multiple contract awards on an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity basis for five years (one year plus four one-year options). The Request of Proposal (RFP) number is DEA-01-R-0027. The solicitation will be issued on or before July 31, 2001, interested parties my request copy of the solicitation in writing to the Contract Specialist or fax request to 202-307-4877 no telephone calls will be accepted.
