Description

PORTABLE TACTICAL VTC SYSTEM. Provide One Portable Tactical VTC (VTC) System consisting of the following representative components; e.g., camera, microphone, 18" Color LCD Monitor and Mount, and associated hardware, cables, connectors to Fort Sill, Oklahoma. The aforementioned list of components is not all inclusive. Estimated issue date is 20 July 2001. The Government intends to negotiate sole source with Billy Azbell Electronics, Incorporated on this requirement under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c ) (1). Other interested offerors may submit an offer which will be considered. FOB Destination. Delivery is required not later than 10 days after contract award. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. Applicable NAICS Code is 421690; size standard is 100 employees. A firm-fixed price contract is contemplated. See numbered Notes 1 and 22.
