Description

FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to competitively procure for one pair of Naval Seawolf Submarine Camels and shall contain one (1) option for an additional pair. The proposed procurement is being processed as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Delivery is required 270 calendar days after the date of the contract. A firm, fixed price contract will be issued. The applicable NADIC's Code is 326299. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that shall be considered by the FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia. The solicitation will require the submission of a cost/price proposal and past performance experience. The Government will be utilizing best value procedures, and reserves the right to apply reverse auction techniques and/or awarding on initials, whichever is in the Government's best interests. No hard copies of the solicitation will be given. The RFP will be made available electronically, upon its release at www.neco.navy.mil.
