Description

Maintain, Repair and Alter Road and Grounds Building 325, Project JLSS 96-0004A/B/C. Proposals will be evaluated pursuant to FAR 15.101-1, Tradeoff Process. Evaluation factors will be set forth in the Request for Proposal. "Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date." Work includes, but not limited to, interior and exterior painting and exterior landscaping, interior renovations including demolition, asbestos abatement, lead dust clean-up/abatement, new partition walls, replacement of interior finishes, new doors. Exterior work includes site work, new concrete retaining walls, stairs, sidewalks, asphalt paving, storm sewer system, signage, demo of exterior existing building finish, installation of new brick veneer and exterior metal panels, and installation of skylights in existing metal roof system. The contract will be firm fixed-price. NAICS Code is 233320 with a size standard of $27.5 million. Solicitation F36629-01-R-0005 to be available o/a 19 Jul 01. The estimated cost range and performance period for this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00 with a 210 calendar day performance period after receipt of NTP. This procurement is unrestricted in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. All prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.
