- Description
- The work includes providing all labor, materials, transportation, tools, equipment, management, and supervision necessary to perform minor demolition, framing, drywall, windows, doors, insulation, heating system and ductwork, interior power and lighting, fire sprinkler modifications, and incidental related work, complete and ready for use, at the Naval Base Ventura County, Port Hueneme Site, Building PH 471 -- Port Operations. This solicitation is for a period of 105 calendar days. The North American Industrical Classification System (NAICS) Code is 23599; the Small Business Size Standard is $27.5M. The estimated cost range is between $100,000 -- $250,000. This requirement is set-aside for Small Business firms. All prospective offerors and plan rooms must register as plan holders at the website http://esol.navfac.navy.mil. The official plan holders list will be maintained on and can be printed from the website. Plan holders list will not be faxed and will only be available from the website. In accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(7) availability of the solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium; solicitation will be available for download in this website under menu choice title "Advertised Solicitations". Hard copies (paper sets) or CD-ROM of the solicitation wil NOT be provided by the Government. It is the sole responsibility of the offeror to continually view the website for any amendments made to this solicitation. The specification and drawings will be available for download on or about July 11, 2001. A jobwalk has been scheduled for July 25, 2001 at 0900 hours.
