Furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to "Renovate Public Restrooms". Work includes, but is not limited to, general construction to include replacement of fixtures and finishes in public restrooms and certain other items in accordance with drawings and specifications. The NAICS code is 233320/size standard is $27.5 million. Cost range is $100,000 -- $250,000. THIS SOLICITATION IS A TOTAL HUB-ZONE SET-ASIDE.
