Description

Y -- Request for Proposals for the construction of the South Park (Beveridge/Pumphouse) Segment of the Central Indianapolis Riverfront Development in Indianapolis,IN. Project includes an approx. 4500 sf visitors center,covered outdoor stage, pavilion,large entrance arch,paving,limestone and granite stone work, concrete paving and sidewalks, earthwork and grading, extensive landscaping,exterior lighting and utilities. Proposals will be evaluated on the following factors in their relative order of importance: 1)Experience, 2) Past Performance, 3) Project Management, 4) Safety; and Price. Price will be approximately equal in importance to all other factors combined. The estimated cost range is between $$5,000,000.00 to $10,000,000.00. Solicitation documents will be available on or about 24 July 2001 and Proposal Due Date is 24 August 2001 at 4:00 PM EST. This project is available on compact disk only. Project specification files are Portable Document Format (PDF) files and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader. The drawing files are in CAL format and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Source View Reader. Both readers are contained in the solicitation package.
