Description

This is a notice of intent to negotiate with Remington Arms Co., Inc. for the purchase of 800 each Remington Shotguns, Model No. 870, under Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302. This notice is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation of offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See CBD Note 22 -- 45 days is changed to read 10 days.
