Description

The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Center for Mental Health Services (CMHS), plans to award a sole source simplified acquisition to St. John's Lutheran Hospital, Libby, Montana. The proposed contractor shall provide a wide range of health services to individuals and families affected by asbestos-related health and behavioral health issues in Libby, Montana through its Center for Asbestos-Related Diseases (CARD). The contractor is uniquely qualified to perform this project in a timely and efficient manner. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. NO SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
