Description

It is the intent of the National Library of Medicine to negotiate on a sole source basis with Bernard Quaritch, Ltd. Antiquarian Bookseller, 5-8 Lower John Street, Golden Square, London, W1F 9AU, for the book entitled Prognostication auff xxxiiii jar 1536. Quaritch, Ltd. is the only know source to provide the title listed above. The proposed acquisition will be procured under FAR Paert 13 -- Simiplified Acquisition. This notice of intent is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ) available, however, all responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the NLM. Firms interested in responding to this notice must be able to provide the book as stated above. Responses should sufficiently demonstrate the firm's ability to meet the government's requisements.
