Description

UNICOR FPI intends to enter into a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery type contract with one (1) Base Year and two (2) Option Years if exercised for hooks, loops, zipper chains and zipper sliders. Line Item 0001 -- Hooks, Type II, Class 1, Nylon hook, 5/8"W, Camoflauge Green #483, in accordance with A-A55126, 8.0 NUK (330 Denier), Nylon Ground. Line Item 0002 -- Loops, Type II, Class 1, Nylon, 5/8"W, Camoflauge Green #483, in accordance with A-A55126. Line Item 0003 -- Zipper Chains, Chain Lock, Monofilement, Camoflauge Green #483, interlocking in accordance with V-F-106F. The slide fastener shall be a nonseparating, nonreversible, and nonlocking. Size Medium, heavy special (MHS), individual element brass or continuous element nonfilament coil or ladder configuration chain, shall be water repellant/mildew resistant treated. The tape shall show Good Fastness to laundering and weathering. Line Item 0004 -- Zipper Slider, Slide Class 1, NA, Type II, Monofilament, MHS, Camoflauge Green #483 in accordance with V-F-106F. Delivery is FOB Destination FCI Tucson, AZ, 8901 S. Wilmot Road, Tucson, AZ 85706. Delivery acceptance is 30 days ARO for each delivery order. This requirement is domestic only. The award will be based on the Best Value to the Government. The evaluation factors are: Price, Past Performance and the ability to conform to specifications. Additional information will be provided in the solicitation which is due to be issued on or about July 6, 2001.
