This is a modification to the synopsis entitled ALLEN BRADLEY PRODUCTS which was posted on JUNE 28,2001. You are notified that the following changes are made: In paragraph 2, the statement "the only authorized distributor in the Virginia area" is corrected to read "the only authorized distributor for the Virginia area". The due date for receipt of quotes is not extended.
