- Synopsis: This is a sole source acquisition to Lockheed Martin Information System, Orlando Fl, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other suppliers or services will satisfy agency requirements. This acquisition is for the repairs of the following items: 7 each Generic Bus Interface Card, NSN 5998-01-408-9128, part number 717769880, 1 each Power Control Unit Assembly, NSN 4920-01-422-0305, part number 717769761-009, 1 each Test Ste Subassembly, NSN 6150-01-423-5649, part number 717769970-019, 1 each HP Work Station, NSN 4920-01-425-3340, part number 717769770, 2 each Detectors, NSN 6625-01-291-2642, part number 16936, 1 each Power Supply A1, NSN 6130-01-434-2673, part number MP7-9711, 2 each Power Supply, ATE, NSN 6130-01-421-6864, part number 717769757. These repairs are for a Foreign Military Sales Customer. The required delivery schedule is 60 days after receipt of order or reparable, whichever is later. The approximate solicitation issue date will be 15 days after the publication of this notice. The response date will be 30 days following posting of this solicitation in the CBD. The Government does not have data rights, or manufacturing knowledge to permit acquisition from other sources. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. If your concerns are not satisfied by the contracting Officer, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or Contracting Officer, but to communicate serious contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
