- Description
- Remove all 12"x12: Z bar existing ceiling and rpelace with new 2'x4' acoustic tile laid in metal grid system. Remove 185 existing light fixtures and replace with four bulb drop-in fixtures for new metal grid ceiling. Install new two-bulb wrap around fixtures where plaster ceiling are located. Remove the existing 2x4 porch material and replace with new 2'x4' treated material, stained or painted. Existing porch is 80'L x 6'W. Estimated cost is $25,000-$100,000.
