Description

NOTE: Any prospective bidder/offeror interested in obtaining plans and specifications for this solicitation MUST REGISTER ON OUR WEBSITE AT https://ebs.sas.usace.amy.mil/. Plans and specifications will be issued in paper format only and will be provided free of charge. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment, appliances and supplies required to (1) replace existing pump station #4 (demolition, pumps, wetwell, ladders, railings, waterproofing, etc.); (2) Install low maintenance pumps and piping in electrical manholes, (3) Replace HVAC System in an Existing Facility, (4) Upgrade existing irrigation pump station, and (5) Install Emergency Generator and transfer switch. Estimated cost range of the project is 1,000,000 to 5,000,000. Network Analysis System will not be required. This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis pursuant to the "Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" (Public Law 100-656). It will be available on about 27 July 2001.
