Description

HQ, Military Traffic Management Command anticipates the release of a Draft Request for Proposals (DRFP) DAMT01-01-R-0196, a Tailored Logistics Contract (TLC) requirement, to provide freight transportation and related services for the Defense Depot Hill Air Force Base, Utah (DDHU) on or about July 13, 2001. The DRFP will be available on the web at the following address: www.mtmc.army.mil. The Pre-Solicitation Conference is tentatively scheduled for July 25th -- 26th, 2001. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. at the following location: Layton, Courtyard Marriott, 1803 Woodland Park Drive, Layton, UT 84041, Phone: 801/217-2300. A second Pre-Solicitation Conference is tentatively scheduled for August 1st- 2nd, 2001, in the Washington Metropolitan area. Please reference the "MTMC Conference" when making hotel reservations in Utah and contact Ms. Monica White or Sheryl Pierce for details regarding the conference in Washington DC. Attendees are limited to 2 people per organization. To register to attend either of the conferences, please identify the attendee name(s) and the conference they will be attending, on your company letterhead, via fax number (703) 428-3379 or email: whitem@mtmc.army.mil. Questions/comments on the DRFP to be considered for response at the Pre-Solicitation Conference should be submitted in writing on company letterhead no later than July 20, 2001 at 2:00 p.m., to the following address: PARC, ATTN: MTAQ-T (Monica/Sheryl), Military Traffic Management Command, 200 Stovall Street, Alexandria, VA 22332-5000.
