Ambulance Service to the beneficiaries of VA Central Iowa Health Care System, Des Moines and Knoxville divisions for the period of October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002 with two one-year renewal options. Services for the Des Moines division includes emergency ALS, non-emergency ALS, non-emergency BLS and non-emergency lie-downs. Services for the Knoxville division includes non-emergency ALS, non-emergency BLS and pricing for emergency ALS. Area includes the State of Iowa and surrounding area of jurisdiction.
